There are so many trends that come and go as powerhouse products and wonder drugs that I think our society becomes skeptical or immune to any new product that appear. I understand that for every 4 products that don't live up to their hype, there is 1 that really is lifesaving or helpful for many illness' or relieving their symptoms. A cautious approach is not all bad. Case in point; new vaccines and drugs.
There is alot of controversy over the H1N1 vaccine, pro's and con's. The true test cannot be known for several years.
I have read several articles questioning if the Gardisil shot will cause sterility in young women. That's scary. The publicity on the product encouraged all girls from the ages of 11-25 to have the shot to avoid cervical cancer from the Pavlova virus.
Where does one go with all this info? Listen to your gut. Think for yourself, outside of the media blitz and commercialism of medicine. Be a smart consumer.
